Why Weight Matters

O-ring weight is critical for cost estimation, shipping calculations, inventory planning and verifying dimensional accuracy. Even small differences in specific gravity across materials can significantly affect total weight in bulk orders.

Formula Accuracy

The torus volume formula provides accurate theoretical weight. Actual weight may vary ±2–3% due to compound batch variation, mould flash and post-cure shrinkage within standard tolerances.
