The Cerulean C series of Chloroprene Rubbers (CR), an elastomer material, consists of general-purpose elastomers that can be used across various industries like Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Food & Beverages.
While CR is not exceptional in any single property (compared to other high-performance elastomers), its combination of properties is hard for other types of elastomers to achieve.
Chloroprene Rubber, better known in the US and certain other international markets as Neoprene (a Du Pont trademark) has unique properties and characteristics. It can even be blended with other polymers to create combinations with different properties.
CR seals’ benefits also include low gas permeability, resistance to high aniline point oils, good resistance to ozone, weathering and excellent mechanical properties.
Chloroprene Rubber can be used in applications from a Temp. Range: -40°C to +100°C.
ISMAT crafts high-performance sales, an ideal choice for rubber seals and gaskets, extending its function for better safety and durability in various industrial landscapes.
