Cerulean N 02 Product Range
ISMAT leverages Cerulean N 02 copolymer Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) variants to deliver superior high-hardness oil resistance through NBR oil seals, NBR hoses, NBR pump components and NBR cable wire seals for demanding industrial applications. The copolymer NBR elastomer formulation provides 80±5 Shore A hardness, 12 MPa minimum tensile strength, 150% minimum elongation at break, ≤25% compression set (22hrs@100°C), ≤35% compression set (70hrs@100°C), excellent oil/hydrocarbon/chemical resistance and operating temperatures from -40°C to +107°C with exceptional mechanical reliability.
