ISMAT leverages Cerulean N 01 copolymer Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) variants to deliver superior oil resistance, tensile strength and compression set performance through NBR oil seals, NBR hoses, NBR pump components and NBR cable wire seals for demanding industrial applications. The copolymer NBR elastomer formulation provides 70±5 Shore A hardness, 14 MPa minimum tensile strength, 300% minimum elongation at break, ≤20% compression set (22hrs@100°C), ≤30% compression set (70hrs@100°C), higher resistance to wide range of oils, excellent hydrocarbon solvent resistance, good chemical resistance, low moisture absorption and operating temperatures from -40°C to +125°C with exceptional mechanical reliability.
