Cerulean N 02LT Product Range

ISMAT leverages Cerulean N 02LT copolymer Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) variants to deliver superior low-temperature oil resistance through low-temperature NBR oil seals, low-temperature NBR hoses, low-temperature NBR pump components and low-temperature NBR cable wire seals for demanding cold industrial applications. The copolymer NBR elastomer formulation provides 80±5 Shore A hardness, 7 MPa minimum tensile strength, 120% minimum elongation at break, ≤30% compression set (22hrs@100°C), ≤50% compression set (70hrs@100°C), excellent oil/hydrocarbon/chemical resistance and operating temperatures from -55°C to +107°C with exceptional mechanical reliability.
